The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 13 “Simplified Acquisition Procedures”. A redacted version of the approved Sole Source Documentation is attached to this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 721110. The business size standard is $40,000,000.
