Epicor is the sole source provider of the Epicor ITSM professional consulting services for implementation of software modules and updates to the latest version of Epicor ITSM software. Epicor is the manufacturer of the ITSM software utilized by the Diversion Division’s Controlled Substance Ordering System. The software is highly specialized to DEA’s specific requirements and requiring professional services to perform updates and customizations.
