The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed-priced (FFP) purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 \"Simplified Acquisition Procedures.\" The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 513210. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Closing date for submitting a capability statement is September 26, 2024 at 10:00AM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
