## Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Windward US, INC. located at 1701 RHODE ISLAND AVE NW, WASHINGTON DC, 20036 for the acquisition of license renewals. These license renewals are offered exclusively by Windward. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.

The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed- priced (FFP) purchase order (PO). A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses only. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c) the justification is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures."

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541511. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Closing date for submitting a capability statement is April 03, 2024 at 10:00AM Eastern Time.
