A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. THIS SYNPOSIS IS PUBLISHED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS. All applicable provisions and clauses are attached. Per FAR Part 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can provide the services and meet the Government’s requirements detailed above, may submit a capability statement which will be considered by agency.
