All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and be received by the archive date of this notice effective 05/21/2024 at 12:00 pm EST. The proposed purchase order is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Siemens Industry, Inc. In accordance with Competition in Contracting Act, 41 USC 253(c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, other than full and open competition is authorized when there is only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements.
