## Description

This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to SCLogic LLC pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00 am (ET) January 26, 2024. Point of contact is Naomi Collier Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov.

The proposed order is for Subscriptions - Intra Maintenance and Licensing for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with SCLogic LLC 275 West Street Suite 400 Annapolis MD 21401. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541219. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation.
