Contractor is authorized to ship early with no quantity restrictions and at no additional cost to the Government. 5. First article testing and approval is not required for this procurement. 6. Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal via e-mail to the Contract Specialist (ciara.l.woodard-brown.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (katherine.e.macfarland.civ@army.mil) with subject header: Proposal Submission- W912CH-24-R-0207 (Company Name).
