## Description

PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed-price contract to Identiv, Inc., Address: 1900 Carnegie Ave. Bldg B. Santa Ana, CA 97705-5520 for the Identiv velocity software package, in support of the Resource Management Unit (RMU), in the Terrorist Screening Center (TSC).

Identiv is the sole provider for its software service, warranty, and maintenance, therefore Identiv Inc, is the Sole Source Capable of fulfilling the requirements of the FBI This notice will be distributed solely through the U.S. General Services Administration’s sam.gov website (www.sam.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the sam.gov website to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.

The North American Classification System Code is 541519,Other Computer Related Services. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(1). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement and quotation to the attention of:

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or not. Telephone requests will not be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
