## Description

**NAICS CODE:** 337214 In accordance with Section 3.2.2.4 of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS), the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis for the FAA’s decision to contract on a single source basis to Russ Bassett, Corp of Whittier CA. The FAA has a requirement for Lab Office Furniture to be hosted in the WJHTC B316-2 Labs.

The Lab Office furniture is necessary to match the ergonomics of Air Traffic Control environments, so that ATC operators can mimic and duplicate field conditions for testing in a true ATC environment. The lab furniture is the same as used in the Anchorage and Honolulu facilities and it is required that the same form, fit and configuration along with the ability for duplication and interchangeability be synonymous at each facility. This announcement is for informational purposes only.

A competitive solicitation is not available for this procurement. The FAA is not liable for any costs associated with preparing a response to this announcement.
