The Government intends to award a hybrid contract utilizing a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract line item (CLIN) with Prospective Price Redetermination that includes a 12-month base with four one-year options for the millwork maintenance. Prospective Price Redetermination will be done at each option year.
