The FDIC requires SUMO Schedule which automates appointemnt scheduling 24/7 hours a day, 365 days a year, on any device. SUMO is the only solution built 100% native on Salesforce. SUMO Scheduler provides a self-service solution to schedule appointments with customer service agents, it supports multiple languages and multiple time-zones, and it provides robust workflow and feature capabilities. All offerors must complete the Section B - Price Schedule in the solicitation to be considered for this opportunity.

The purpose of this amendment provide questions and answers reguarding the solicitation and to extend the RFQ due date to 1 p.m., Monday, February 10, 2025. Also attached is the updated solicitation to reflect the updated due date. All submissions must include the signed amendment for acknowledgement.
