See below description: Machine OC18064 CNC Upgrade: -Upgrade the Fanuc 16i TM Computer Numerical Controller (CNC), controls, servo drives, motors, and cables to the latest state of the art Fanuc components for OC18064. -The contractor shall provide all labor and materials to retrofit Tinker AFB’s existing robotic peening system, OC 18064 Fanuc 16i TM CNC controllers, with state-of-the-art Fanuc 31i TM CNC controllers. -All servo drives, motors and cables shall be replaced with new. The machine was manufactured by Progressive Surface, Type RPB4836 (Automatic), Model 1507 Serial Number 8808. -A new control panel to house the CNC & servo drives shall be acquired with an air conditioner. -The existing Windows PC shall be replaced with Windows 11 and PRIMS Pro process monitoring & programing software, and Almen intensity software installed. -All drawings and manuals shall be updated to reflect changes to the machine. -Shipping and turnkey installation shall be included along with a minimum of 1 day training. Must comply with AMS 2430/2432. Machine OC14850 Upgrade: -Upgrade the current Allen Bradley Computer Numerical Controller (CNC), controls, servo drives, motors, and cables to the latest state of the art Fanuc components for OC14850. -This refurbishment will replace existing servo motors and corresponding electronics to the latest GE Fanuc technologies and replace the entire CNC. -The contractor shall provide all labor and materials to retrofit Tinker AFB’s existing robotic peening system, OC 14850 Allen Bradley TM CNC controllers, with state-of-the-art Fanuc 31i TM CNC controllers. The machine was manufactured by Progressive Surface, Type RPB4836 (Automatic), Model 1507 Serial Number 8808. All servo drives, motors and cables shall be replaced. -A new control panel to house the CNC & servo drives shall be acquired, along with an air conditioner.
