This justification and approval for other than full competition has been reviewed and approved in accordance with the established TSA procedures and is hereby published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation(FAR) 6.305.

Any and all redactions in this published document ( that is, language marked out or deleted) have been identified and confirmed by the government as contract proprietary information which the Government must protect from unauthorized disclosure.

As the Government's intent to acquire using other than full and open competition was previously published on the Government- wide Point of Entry ( SAM.GOV) and all public comments considered at this time, the Governmentt does not intend to respond further concerning this publication.

This is a renewal for e4Clicks Project Estimator Subscription - Annual Professional Subscription Renewal - Server, RS Means Electronic Titles - Facilities Maintenance & Repair, and RS Means Electronic Titles - Assemblies, Facilities, and Master Composite. Quantity of 7 each . Subscriptions will be purchased from 4 Clicks, a Gordian Company because it is current subscription provider. Single Source justification document is located in the attachments.
