The sole source award will be made under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 © (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. A Justification has been approved. The requirement is intended as sole source contract because TRG is the only company that can provide the customized, off-site (virtual) training that fulfill the emergent need to accomplish the work involved with the Inflation Reduction Act in Medicare Drug Rebate and Negotiations Group (MDRNG), for continued development of fast-moving action plans.
