## Description

DLA Weapons Support is preparing to solicit a long-term contract for NSN: 2990-011479284, VALVE,POSITIVE CRANKCASE VENTILATION. The purpose of this notice is to locate business concerns interested in manufacturing this item. The solicitation will be synopsized separately later. **RT001:**

MEASURING AND TEST EQUIPMENT REFERENCE NUMBER:RQ032: The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) limits distribution of export-control technical data to DLA contractors that have an approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification, have completed the Introduction to Proper Handling of DOD Export-Controlled Technical Data Training and the DLA Export-Controlled Technical Data Questionnaire (both are available at the web address given below), and have been approved by the DLA controlling authority to access the export-controlled data.

Instructions for obtaining access to the export-controlled data can be found at: https://www.dla.mil/Logistics-Operations/Enhanced-Validation/ The current approved sources and part numbers for this NSN are listed on the Market Research Spreadsheet. Sources interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation should complete the attached market survey and spreadsheet and return the completed copies to Marshall Lynn at marshall.lynn@dla.mil by 3/2/2026.
