## Description

Updated on 02/29/2024 Thank you for your continued interest in the TIES OT. The Government received a large number of Q&As and we are actively working to answer them, but we were not able to make the February 28, 2024 date provided in the OT announcement posted on February 14, 2024. The Government is finalizing the Q & A and we expect to post them on or about March 5, 2024. Once the Q&A responses are posted, the government will update the revised quotation submission date. Updated on 2/22/2024 to add the Attendee Roster in the attachments section below.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Chief of Contracting Office (COCO) appreciates your continued interest in the TIES requirement. The Government has completed its review of industry input and is contemplating the use of an Other Transaction (OT) vice a Commercial Solutions Opening Pilot (CSOP).

The decision on the use of an OT will be made NLT February 8, 2024. CISA plans to release the solicitation on or about February 12, 2024. Attached to this notice are the Government responses to questions submitted as part of the Industry Day held on December 13, 2023. Thank you for your continued interest in the TIES Project. This will be the final notice before the posting of the solicitation.
