## Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) KC-130J Program Office (PMA-207) awarded a sole source contract to Ministry of Defence, Defence Equipment Sales Authority (DESA), Walker House, Liverpool L2 3YL, for one (1) Part Number 3368600-3 (Top Kit Center Wing Replacement), one (1) Part Number 338600-11 (Top Kit Wing Box Structure) and One (1) Shipping Fixture Part Number 3361022-MEU.

This sole source acquisition was procured pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. §3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302- 1, “Only One Responsible Source and No other Suppliers or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.” DESA is the only known source who can meet the delivery date for the aforementioned CWB Top Kits and Shipping Fixture for C-130J BUNO 170000/S/N 5483.
