This Sources Sought Notice/Request for Information (SSN/RFI) is in support of Market Research being conducted by the United States Census Bureau (USCB) to identify potential small business sources for this effort. GEO is interested in procuring combined parcel and building footprint data that offers us the opportunity to isolate, prioritize, and correct problematic areas within the Master Address File (MAF).

This dataset shall also provide a significant opportunity to automate portions of the existing in-office Parcel Address Matching Service (PAMS) project by leveraging the links provided between structures and parcels, improving the geocoding of addresses, and ensuring more accurate locations for those addresses which we already have in the MAF/TIGER system.

The contractor shall provide a combined parcel and building footprint dataset of the United States (defined as 50 states, DC, Puerto Rico, and the four Island Areas) to support various update and research projects within the Geography Division. The parcel data provided by the Contractor may be used in multiple internal research projects to ensure that GEO is equipped with the most robust suite of attributed parcel data to support the 2030 in-office address canvassing processes.
