Please note, certain elements are negotiable. Full service lease is preferred and will be executed on a 1 year fixed basis with 9 renewal year options (anticipated for 10 years). Consideration will be given for all viable properities meeting most of the requested requirements within a 4.5 miles radius fo the Watervliet Arsenal in New York. The proposed location must be currently zoned for the intended use, building infrastructure (water, sewer, utilities) to the proposed site must be in-place or readily available, must comply with fire safety & security requirements, and the site must have paved access to major highways. Close proximity to Watervliet Arsenal is desirable.
