## Description

ScrubEx is a secure, advanced machine that provides authorized staff members with clean medical scrub uniforms in the right size. Linen management staff receives real-time insight into dispenser / receiver usage and fill percentages. The staff receives instant alerts when inventory levels reach a predetermine threshold. Additionally, ScrubEx complies with Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN)’S Guidelines for Perioperative Practice, helping to better prevent and control the risk of infection.

Firmware software and hardware updates are required to mitigate security vulnerabilities for the ScrubEx systems. The ScrubEx Dispenser and Receiver Equipment will provide the hospital’s medical and staff members the proper and approved medical linen clothing required to support the hospital’s medical and civilian staff and patients. The software updates and hardware firmware installation are required to mitigate security vulnerablitites for the ScrubEx systems. This requirement will satisfy Information Assurance (IA), medical patient care and hospital safety compliance.
