## Description

The IRS seeks to identify potential vendors with the skills and capabilities necessary to perform the requirements outlined in the attached draft PWS. The IRS is looking to identify small businesses. The IRS faces significant threats from domestic and foreign adversaries leveraging personal data obtained from non-IRS data breaches to gain unauthorized access to taxpayer information and perpetrate tax refund fraud. Cybersecurity Fraud Analytics and Monitoring Support will provide advance, technical cybersecurity techniques to prevent and detect fraudulent activity in IRS’s online applications, taxpayers’ data, and the tax revenue.
