## Description

Synopsis / Request for Information Establishment of Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreement for Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Parts 1. The 414th Contract Support Brigade (CSB), Army Contracting Command, in support of the 173rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne) (IBCT (A)), intends to establish multiple, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA), in Quarter 2 of Fiscal Year 2025, with a performance period of five-years to procure UAS parts identified in the attachment.

2. Calls/Orders' delivery requirements are anticipated to be 30 days or less after issuance of call/order to U.S. Army installations within Italy and Germany. 3. The establishment of the BPAs and placement of the subsequent calls/orders will be in accordance with FAR 13.303 procedures. The total estimated value of the five years of requirements is approximately $2M. The BPA requirement is anticipated to be available to large and small businesses.

4. Contractors interested in this requirement shall identify their capability by completing Column A within the attachment entitled ‘UAS Parts Delivery Capability’ and return, via email, by the closing date of this synopsis to the Primary and Secondary POCs identified. With your email response, the contractor shall provide contact details for a company POC and your SAM.gov Unique Entity ID (UEI).

Additionally, a contractor may provide a capability statement, up to five pages, which highlights the company’s capability and experience in executing international deliveries. Email Subject shall be entitled, “Response to BPA UAS RFI_(Company Name)." 5.During the five-year performance period, the Government intends to require some Brand Name UAS parts, as identified in the attachment. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
