IQVIA shall provide access to IQVIA pharmacy data modules, licenses, software, tools (e.g., SMART), and services. IQVIA shall also provide a sufficiently large dataset with the level of detail required, including geographic and de-identified patient-level data. Other work to be performed shall include providing in person training offered to CDC scientists, one on one consultations, webinars, and support to CDC scientists. This requirement is supported by a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) to IQVIA Government Solutions, Inc. under authority 41 U.S.C.3304(a)(1). Responsible sources that believe they possess the expertise and capabilities identified above are hereby afforded the opportunity to submit to the Contracting Officer within 15 days from the posting date of this notice, their written capabilities statement and pricing information in the format they choose, not to exceed 10 pages.
