The USMC can leverage support to these two events and others during the Week by interacting with National media outlets and participating in Marine Corps Birthday events within the city. This requirement is for the procurement of 35 double rooms, 15 single rooms, and conferencing space from November 6, 2024 through November 13, 2024. The Governement intends to Award on a Sole Source basis to: The Westin New York at Times Square, 270 West, 43rd Street, New York USA, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement by 8:00am EST on October 21, 2024. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
