The effective date of the next Concession Contracts is expected to be July 1, 2026. The Prospectus explains the business opportunity and the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the Concession Contracts. The Prospectus will be available at https://www.nps.gov/subjects/concessions/prospectuses.htm. The NPS will not accept proposals from entities that do not provide notice on or before that date.
