The effective date of the next Concession Contracts is expected to be May 1, 2027. The Prospectus explains the business opportunity and the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the Concession Contracts. Offerors' Site Visit The NPS will not host a site visit in association with this solicitation. Interested offerors are encouraged to visit Yellowstone National Park to familiarize themselves with the area. Questions Due If you do not understand something in this Prospectus, you must submit your questions or comments via email to IMR_concessions@nps.gov no later than 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time on April 15, 2026. The questions must be in a format that allows the Service to copy them to Microsoft Word. Notice of Intent to Propose If you plan to submit a proposal in response to this solicitation, you must notify the Service via email at IMR_concessions@nps.gov no later than 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time on June 3, 2026. The Service will not accept proposals from entities that do not provide notice on or before that date. Submission of an Electronic Proposal In order to be evaluated and considered for award of a Concession Contract, the Electronic Proposal must be received by the Service no later than 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time on June 17, 2026.
