## Description

The scope of this project is to replace the existing air handling unit (AHU) serving the main sales area of the commissary, along with replacing the RMCS system, five refrigeration roof top condensers and replace refrigerant. Adding power connections for temporary refrigeration during construction. The scope will include the replacement of the AHU and the associated components such as the condenser, refrigeration piping, electrical and controls. Demolition work will be required to remove the existing AHU from the mechanical room and the work will be phased to ensure complete operation of the commissary facility.
