## Description

Notice of intent to sole source Linear Ground Detection System (LGDS) Contractor Maintenance and Logistics Support (CMLS). The proposed contractor is:

Sintela, Inc. 1800 West Loop South Suite 1755 Houston, TX 77027 The requirement is to provide life cycle support for CBP’s LGDS for a one (1) year base periodand four (4) one (1) year options period. Life cycle support will include preventative maintenance, 24/7/365 support, algorithm support, training support, installation support, commissioning support and warranty. Sintela is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the LGDS and holds proprietary rights to the system hardware and software. Services will be provided on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis and travel will be cost reimbursable in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
