**Note:** Those vendors who received an acknowledgment confirming receipt should not send a duplicate submission. 08.12.25. The government posted responses to vendor questions. 07.29.25. The due date for all final responses is due by August 29, 2025 by 5 p.m. (ET). 07.25.25. Section 3 of the RFI was updated to extend the due date for questions and final responses. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY.

This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information, planning purposes, and market research; it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will not pay any cost associated with responding to this RFI. All costs will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP.

If a solicitation is released, it will be posted as contract opportunity notice available at the SAM.gov website. Interested parties are advised to monitor this website for any information that may pertain to this RFI. The information provided within is subject to change and is not binding on the Government.
