This is a notice of intent to award a sole source action and is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 3 days of publication of this Special Notice. Firms who want to challenge the sole source determination must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm's ability to provide an equivalent supply as described above. Interested parties must provide a rationale as to why they should be considered. Respond to the below point of contact by 23 August 2025, 1300 (PDT). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
