FPD is seeking to procure a Document Management System (DMS) to replace our legacy DMS platform which is reaching end of life (EOL) on 12/31/2026. This solution will modernize our document management capabilities and centralize our data for robust review and search functions. FPD has approximately 75 active users and manages roughly 950,000 documents (~350GB) in the current DMS spread across two physical office locations. FPD requires a modern software-based DMS that utilizes metadata to categorize documents and allow for robust document searchability. This solution can be either on-premises or cloud-based hosted by the contactor.
