**NOTICE:** This is not a solicitation, rather, it is a Request for Information (RFI) to help strengthen the industrial base for CAD/PAD Industry Partners. For more information regarding this RFI refer to the attachment reference in this posting.

**DISCLAIMER:** This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a solicitation for proposals, offers, or bids. Responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted to form a binding contract. The government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the responding party’s expense.

This RFI does not commit the government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Furthermore, the government is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondents are advised that the government will not be obligated to pursue any course of action because of this RFI. Any future solicitation that may be issued will be announced separately and independently from this RFI.
