All materials, labor, tools, and transportation needed to furnish the following: CLIN 0001 - Reconfigure Servers in multiple locations CLIN 0002 – Technology upgrades of equipment throughout Base CLIN 0003 – Validate system and provide training on new equipment This requirement is conducted under FAR 6.301-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Requirement. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action to Monaco Enterprises. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR PROPOSAL. The Government has a need for Monaco Enterprises to provide updated servers, updated control systems and training. **Period of Performance:** 90 days ADC Therefore, Monaco Enterprises is the only known company that can satisfy the Government’s requirement. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered.
