Vaisala Inc is the sole provider for its software service, warranty, maintenance, and annual calibration. Therefore, Vaisala Inc., is the Sole Source capable of fulfilling the requirements of the FBI. This notice will be distributed solely through the U.S. General Services Administration’s sam.gov website (www.sam.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the sam.gov website to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Classification System Code is 334513, Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(1). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement and quotation to the attention of: Dionna Brown email address: dnbrown@fbi.gov, which are due no later than Monday, May 06, 2024 (12:00pm Eastern).
