## Description

The following four (4) offerors will be invited to participate in Phase 2 of this acquisition for Solicitation Number W9126G24R0119, Renovate Motorpool B26027, Fort Cavazos, Texas:

The project is the Design Build renovation of the Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility (TEMF) Building 26027 and supporting facilities at Fort Cavazos, Texas. Supporting facilities include a sentry station (B26020), deployment storage (B26021), Petroleum Oil, and Lubricants (POL) storage (B26022), POL storage (B26050), three (3) scheduled maintenance platforms (B26024, 26025, & 26026), two (2) oil/water separators (OWS), and a pump house (B26023), using a Two-Phase Design Build Process in accordance with FAR 36.3 -Two-Phase Design-Build Selection Procedures.
