## Description

Raptor Scientific has proprietary rights to the software and technology to the Moment Weight Machines. Raptor Scientific is the only know company that has the technical expertise and data to maintain the Moment Weight Machine Equipment. Tinker is planning to award a Single Source purchase order to Raptor Scientifiic for desktop computers with the windows 11 upgrade to include installation and verification testing.
