This proposed contract action is for products/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Interested entries may submit clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to fully meet the requirement to the individual(s) identified below no later than January 15, 2023, 4:00 PM Japan Standard Time. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice. If parties choose to respond, any costs associated with the preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government. In order to comply with FAR 5.207(c)(15), the reason for lack of competition is as follows: This procurement will be awarded on a sole source basis to Stone Maintenance Solutions LLC.
