The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Mobile District has incorporated two (2) brand-name specifications into solicitation number W9127826RA003, in accordance with RFO 6.103-1. This notice is published solely to satisfy statutory posting requirements by publishing the approved brand-name justification for public transparency. This posting does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), an active solicitation, or an announcement of an upcoming solicitation.
