This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), and no solicitation is available for this procurement. Nevertheless, any firm or individual that believes it is capable of meeting the Vicksburg District’s requirements described herein may submit a capabilities statement, which, if received by 12:00 PM CST on 16 July 2025, will be considered.
