\n\nThe U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District intends to modify Contract W912EP22C0017 on a sole source basis to Forgen-Odin JV, 2901 Douglas Blvd STE 300, Roseville, California 95661-4247, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), Only One Responsible Source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. The purpose of this modification is to reduce the period of performance, from 2029 to 2028 for required project work.
\n\nNo reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice. The approximate toe to toe width of the dam foundation is 260 feet in the north, east, and west; and 235 feet in the south. Surface and subsurface water management are required to conduct work in the dry, in a neat and orderly manner, in accordance with contract specifications.
