## Description

Notice of Intent:

The Government intends to modify contract N6817122P0181 to include additional periods of Cleared American Guards (CAGs), and Construction Site Technicians (CSTs). The place of performance is Naples, Italy and the contractor is Singularity Security Group LLC (SSG). The estimated value of the action is approximately $3.4 million. The Government intends to solicit from only a single source pursuant to the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The labor categories are within the scope of the basic contract. The short duration of these specialized services in an overseas location, the short turnaround time, and the continuity of management for personnel accreditation necessitate contracting with a single source. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be retained by the agency for market research purposes.
