NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

**Synopsis:** The Department of Veterans Affairs; RPO-E, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 7, located at 501 Greene Street, Hatcher Bldg. Ste 2, Augusta, GA 30901 intends to award a firm-fixed price emergent sole source requirement to:

SpaceLabs Healthcare 35301 SE Center Street Snoqualmie, WA 98065 Period of Performance July 14, 2025 Estimated Award Date: The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 339113 with a business size standard of $800 emp. The proposed contract is for brand name only space labs healthcare Hybrid IR Room/ Command Room and transports for which the Government intends to solicit with a single source award to a Large Business in accordance withFAR 13.106-1(b).
