## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) sells scrap material directly to the public through the Qualified Recycling Program (QRP) located at 9500 MacArthur Blvd, West Bethesda, MD 20817-5700. All material is valued by material weight and sold as scrap to the Purchaser with the highest percentage of the price per gross ton of the American Metal Market (AMM) Published Price list for the month at the date of removal.
