## Description

The Department of the Air Force, 187th Fighter Wing, ALANG Recruiting, hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole-source contract (Reference Notice ID: PANNGB-26-P-0000034516) to STRYDER CORP DBA HANDSHAKE for a digital recruiting partnership focused on high-intent university students and graduates.

Based on market research conducted on May 12, 2026, which evaluated 19 potential vendors, it was determined that Handshake is the only source capable of fulfilling the government's requirement for a platform natively integrated into Alabama university IT portals via Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication.

This hardcoded career services infrastructure is unique to STRYDER CORP DBA HANDSHAKE and is critical for providing authenticated, trusted access to the student body across the state, a capability that no other identified vendor can satisfy.
