The requirement is for a continuous online recruitment advertising. The contracting activity for this requirement is the Peace Corps Office of Acquisitions and Contract Management (OACM). The vendor, Devex, shall provide a continuous online recruitment advertising and referral solution targeting an applicant pool with overseas International Development experience at the executive, operations management, and program management levels. The solution must be capable of accommodating a minimum of 5 (five) simultaneous overseas job position postings and shall have a high level of visibility at the executive level of the international development job market segment. The vendor, Devex, shall also provide unlimited access to view and contact its entire network of 900,000+ international development professionals who are actively and passively job searching. The solution shall be simultaneously accessible to a minimum of 7 (seven) designated agency users. All hosting and technical support shall be provided by Devex. The Government intends to procure this requirement under FAR 13.106- l(b)(l)(i) - Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES nor a solicitation of offers.
