## Description

The U.S. Freetown, Sierra Leone intends to award a contract to the Guma Valley Water Company to supply clean water to the Embassy. The estimated period of performance will be for five years. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority citation, FAR Part 6.302-1 – Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. For this requirement, Guma Valley Water Company is considered the only responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy Embassy Freetown’s requirements
