The government is seeking a Counter-Intelligence Technical Surveillance Countermeasure Course (TSCM Cyber Applications Couse) specific to Special Operation Forces (see attached Statement of Objectives for minimum requirements) DEMONSTRATION THAT THE CONTRACTORS UNIQUE QUALIFICATIONS OR NATURE OF THE ACQUISITION REQUIRES THE USE OF THE AUTHORITY CITED ABOVE: It is our belief that to date, Skinny Research and Development provides the only complete solution for the desired SOF specific courses. Parties that believe they are able to fulfill this requirement are encouraged to e-mail ramon.jimenez.7@us.af.mil, not later than May 1, 2025 by 10:00 AM EST. Sources shall include in their information a detailed capabilities statement stating their experience in providing the related work described in this notice, a point of contact with phone and e-mail information, business status (Socio-Economic Factors: 8(a), HUBZone, ServiceDisabled Veteran-Owned Business), business size based on NAICS 611519, and a positive statement of interest to submit a proposal.
