(DELAWARE) under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The proposed contract action is for the retrofit of the 773 CES Pipeline Inspection Trailer which requires the removal and replace antiquated CUES INC manufactured controllers, electronics, cameras, software, and provide required upgrade training to maintain certified technicians.
