## Description

Mortuary services for the care and disposition of remains of authorized personnel. The Air Force will award mortuary services contracts only to state licensed funeral homes. The contractor shall provide facilities, equipment, licensed personnel, motor vehicles, professional services, supplies, death certificates, caskets, urns, outer shipping containers, transportation, and perform hygienic practices as specified in this Performance Work Statement and DoD Instruction 1300.18.
